Bream fish Synbiotics feed was tested in Wuxi test base of Chinese freshwater fisheries center. Crucian Synbiotics feed was tested in culture test center of large group in Sichuan province. 1 PrawnThe body weigh and body length of synbiotics group was higher than that of control group by 13.58% and 7.03% respectively, and feed conversion ratio was lower by 2.09% (Fig.1A and 1B).2 Macrobrachium NipponensisThe body weigh gain of synbiotics group was higher than that of control group by 5.10%, and feed conversion ratio was lower by 3.27% (Fig.2A and 2B).3 Bream Fish3.1 Effect of synbiotics on growth performance in bream fishThe group of feeding synbiotics had significantly higher average body weigh gain and lower feed conversion ratio compared with control group , and the survival ratio of synbiotics group was higher than that of control group by 13.79% (Fig.3A).3.2 Effect of synbiotics on intestinal flora in bream fishThe synbiotics group had significantly lower number of escherichia coli in intestinal tract , and significantly higher number of bacillus  (Fig.3B).

4 CrucianThe synbiotics group had significantly higher average body weigh gain and body weigh gain ratio compared with control group . The body weigh gain of synbiotics group was higher than that of control group by 8.78%, and feed conversion ratio was lower by 7.58%. Moreover the average body weigh gain and body weigh gain ratio of synbiotics group were better than that of antibiotics group (Fig.4).
